This package includes 4 Consultative visits which are scheduled in cooperation between the client and the consulting firm based upon each entity’s availability.
One Free Mock Survey is included 1 RN for 1 day to conduct the mock survey.
If you need more consultant visits we are available but if they are greater than 4 + mock survey then we will bill you our customary rate of $125.00/ hour.
FREE! First patient chart admitted we will review for you. We do ask that you bring the chart to our office or fed-ex a copy of it to us (for out of the Houston/Austin office area). We are committing to turn the chart around in our office within 4 business days.
