Mock State Surveys
By allowing management to self-identify and address problems prior to the state coming in, mock surveys are valuable for existing agencies and critical for new ones. Our mock state surveys customarily take one to two RNs one to two days to complete. The mock survey mimics an actual state survey. An informal exit of all deficient practices is reviewed by the agency leaders and then a typed report of all deficiencies is provided to the agency within two business days of completing the survey.

Chart Reviews
We provide clinical chart reviews for many agencies in Texas. The frequency of the reviews is based upon the agency's needs and can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually. Both state and federal regulations require agencies to perform quarterly chart reviews for both active and discharged patients.
